Health and Fitness
1. Stay within calorie range each day.
2. Start working on choreography, at least 20 minutes per day.
3. Gym 3 days a week
4. Lights out before 10

Spiritual
1. Do something for at least 5 minutes a day. Morning or night, whichever.
2. Start work on creating meaningful daily ritual. Have one completed by end of week.
3. One day a week, work from tranceportation exercises

Work
1. Focus on the positives, and let angry customers go from my head.
2. Two chapters in INS 123 workbook
3. See if I can take a vacation day later this month.

Other:
1. Return overdue library books
2. Make amazon order
3. contact doc to refill persciption
4. Saturday: Clean bedroom top to bottom, including closet
5. Keep rest of apartment clean.
